Dose picture

How much of each Jellyfil ingredient is in one gummy?

An honest look at milligrams versus grams.

Nobody outside the company knows the exact split. Caffeine is the only ingredient with its own number. Simple math gives a fair picture.

82 mgwhole blend÷ 9ingredients≈ 9 mgeach, on average

Take caffeine's 5 mg out and the other eight share about 77 mg, roughly 9.6 mg each. The real split could be uneven. The bars compare the whole blend with the low end of each studied daily range.

Bar length is a share of 3,300 mg, so the smallest bar is drawn at its minimum width

Whole Jellyfil blend82 mgall nine ingredients together
Ashwagandha studiesfrom 225 mgstress trials, NIH ODS Ashwagandha, 2025
Muira puama reports1,000 mgolder uncontrolled reports, Drugs.com, Muira puama, 2026
Maca trials1,500 mglow end of 1.5–3.5 g, Shin et al., 2010
L-arginine trials1,500 mglow end of 1.5–5 g, Rhim et al., 2019

Catuaba and horny goat weed have no established human dose at all, so there is nothing to compare.

The whole blend is 82 mg, about 9 mg per ingredient on average. L-arginine studies used 1.5 to 5 grams a day and maca studies 1.5 to 3 grams, so Jellyfil's amounts are a small fraction of what was tested. That does not prove the gummy does nothing. It does mean the ingredient studies cannot be used as proof for this product (FTC Health Products Compliance Guidance, 2022).

The footnote

What does 'about 567 mg of dry powders' mean on the Jellyfil label?

82 mg in the gummy, made from about 567 mg of plant.

It is an extract-ratio statement. The 82 mg blend was made from about 567 mg of dried plant, roughly 7 parts plant to 1 part extract. It does not mean the gummy holds 567 mg of extract.

Even 567 mg is well under the 1.5 g starting dose of maca alone. The supplement facts guide explains the footnote in full.

Gummy base

What are the other ingredients in Jellyfil gummies?

Sweeteners, a fruit fiber, a sugar alcohol and flavor.

The other ingredients turn the blend into a chewable gummy. They do not add any benefit claims. They matter for sugar, diet and stomach comfort.

Corn syrup and cane sugar

Together they give 3 g of added sugar per gummy. Across a 30-day bottle that is 90 g, or about 2.5 days of the AHA's limit for men (AHA, How Much Sugar Is Too Much?, 2026).

Apple pectin

A fruit fiber that sets the gummy. Gelatin is not listed on the label.

Sorbitol liquid

A sugar alcohol that keeps gummies soft. The amount is not listed, but total carbohydrate is only 3 g. The FDA laxative warning applies at 50 g a day (21 CFR 184.1835 (sorbitol)).

Flavors, citric acid, sodium citrate

These add fruit taste and tartness and keep the gummy stable. Sodium is 4 mg per gummy.

Evidence

How strong is the evidence for the Jellyfil ingredients?

One ingredient has solid trials. Most have little or none.

Evidence differs a lot by ingredient. None of it tested Jellyfil or used doses this small.

FAQ

Jellyfil ingredients questions

What are the ingredients in Jellyfil gummies?

Each gummy lists an 82 mg proprietary blend of nine ingredients: muira puama, maca, catuaba, green tea extract, caffeine (5 mg), ashwagandha, L-arginine, tribulus and horny goat weed. The other ingredients are corn syrup, cane sugar, water, apple pectin, sorbitol, natural flavors, citric acid and sodium citrate.

How much L-arginine is in Jellyfil?

The label does not say. L-arginine is one of nine ingredients that share 82 mg, so it can be no more than about 77 mg. ED trials used 1,500 to 5,000 mg a day (Rhim et al., 2019), which is far more than one gummy can hold.

Does Jellyfil have caffeine in it?

Yes. The label prints caffeine at 5 mg per gummy, and it also lists green tea extract. Five milligrams is about a few sips of tea, since a 16-ounce cup of green or black tea has about 60 to 100 mg (MedlinePlus, Caffeine in the diet, 2025).

How much sugar is in Jellyfil gummies?

Each gummy has 3 g of total sugar, and all 3 g are added sugar (6% of the Daily Value). That is about 8% of the American Heart Association's 36 g a day limit for men (AHA, How Much Sugar Is Too Much?, 2026).

Is the jellyfin ingredients list the same as Jellyfil?

Yes, if you mean the gummy. Jellyfin is also a media-server app with no link to this product. The supplement is spelled Jellyfil, and this page shows its full label list.

Does Jellyfil contain sildenafil or any drug?

The label lists no drug ingredient. No independent lab certificate has been published yet, though. FDA has found hidden sildenafil in many sexual-enhancement supplements (Tucker et al., 2018), so buy only through the real checkout and keep your bottle and lot number.

Is there gelatin in Jellyfil gummies?

Gelatin is not on the label. The gummy is set with apple pectin, a fruit fiber. No vegan certification has been published.

Why does Jellyfil use a proprietary blend?

U.S. supplement labels may list a blend by its total weight only. Jellyfil prints 82 mg for the blend and 5 mg for caffeine; the other eight amounts are not published.

Does maca in Jellyfil have caffeine?

No. Maca is a root, not a caffeine source. The caffeine in Jellyfil comes from added caffeine (5 mg) and from green tea extract.
